Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to provide data-driven insights that inform revenue strategy and decision-making. • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting systems to track pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, retention, and revenue performance. • Ensure integrity, consistency, and governance of revenue data across systems (CRM, marketing automation, billing, etc.). • Support territory planning, lead routing, attribution models, and lifecycle stage management. • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, delivering clear and actionable recommendations. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the revenue funnel, proactively offering solutions and process improvements. • Own the data architecture and governance standards for revenue and customer lifecycle metrics definitions, CRM data and reporting standards, forecasting models, and data processes. • Support forecasting and planning cycles with accurate data modeling and scenario analysis. • Collaborate on system improvements and automation efforts that increase efficiency and visibility across the revenue engine. • Contribute to revenue operations governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals. • Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through thoughtful analysis and constructive feedback.
