You’ll be building for real users: - Nursery managers who rely on our system for invoicing, staffing, and compliance. - Practitioners who use iConnect to record observations, track development, and share joyful moments with parents. - Parents who stay connected through ParentZone - 250K active users, rated 4.7/5. As a mid-level engineer in our 6-person remote development team, you'll work across the full stack (React, React Native, Node.js, SQL, AWS), own features end-to-end, and see your code directly improve the lives of educators and children across the UK. You'll be paired with a senior engineer throughout onboarding - and in a team of six, support is never more than a DM away. From week one, you'll have clarity on what success looks like and a team genuinely invested in helping you get there.
