Role Description We are seeking a full-time Forward Deployed Software Engineer in any Concordance location or fully remote. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade solutions on Palantir Technologies Foundry in close collaboration with product, delivery, and customer stakeholders. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, application development, and operational execution, transforming complex business workflows into scalable, sustainable, and user-adopted systems. This position is highly execution-focused and AI-enabled. The Forward Deployed Software Engineer is expected to leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle including: - AI-assisted solution design - Coding - Testing - Debugging - Documentation The Forward Deployed Software Engineer works directly alongside business and operational leaders to understand processes, integrate data sources, and deliver solutions that support day-to-day operations. The Vice President of Operations is a key leadership position responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing warehouse distribution operations across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with Regional Directors to ensure the development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective operational systems that align with the organization's strategic goals and adapt to its future needs. The Vice President of Operations also plays a critical role in guiding the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, ensuring that comprehensive safety protocols are established, communicated, and strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment. The Director, Sourcing will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy of our private label brands for the company. The Director will be responsible for working directly with Concordance’s current sourcing partners and future sourcing partners in growing the portfolio by implementing best practices encompassing customer need, quality and competitive pricing. Position will also drive the development of sales and profit growth strategies for these product portfolios for Concordance’s markets and channels. Will collaborate closely with Concordance’s sales team in each market segment, supplier relations, marketing, contracts and other company functional areas in support of short-term and long-term profit growth objectives. Essential Functions: The Director, Sourcing will lead Concordance’s sourcing team for private label brands, and this functional team will continually evaluate, develop and implement private brand sourcing strategies and action plans to support Concordance’s strategic initiatives and overall corporate plan. Will be required to have the ability to build strong relationships with key internal departments as well as Concordance’s sourcing partners and other outside stakeholders, including customers, GPOs and third-party channels. It will be necessary to collaborate effectively with sales and internal functional area leaders in order to foster good communication and execution of best practices, especially as it relates to the company’s strategic branded product partners. Collaborating and coordinating category management and product sourcing decisions with the Supplier Relations Department is essential to helping Concordance optimize the value of private label while balancing the financial objectives with aligned branded supplier partners. The role will require close communication and planning with supplier relation, sourcing and channel partners, and the sales and marketing teams to insure minimal conflict and maximum outcome for Concordance. Role Description We have a job opening and exciting career opportunity for a full-time Regional Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee multiple locations within the West Region. The primary role of the Regional Director is to provide leadership, drive performance and have responsibility for oversight of personnel, receiving, inventory, shipping, logistics, fiscal and facilities activities at the regional level, overseeing multiple Distribution Centers. The Regional Director will drive consistency and cost reduction through the creation and implementation of standardized work processes; and will closely monitor distribution results and execution against company standards across the region. - Lead, coach and mentor operations managers, supervisors, leads and warehouse personnel including the hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management of team members. - Reviews, recommends, and develops changes in operations, processes, and systems. Ensures the proper implementation and maintenance of approved changes. - Ensure the highest standards are achieved in the areas of safety, personnel, efficiency and product quality, while complying with all company policies and legal regulations. - Oversee the company fleet in the region to ensure safe operation and management, following all company policies and legal requirements. - Develop relationships and excellent lines of communication with all internal and external key members; develop a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of the account. - Provide clear understanding and constant feedback to team members and leadership on progress against agreed upon goals and objectives. - Proactively work with cross functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure that the company meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.
