• You stay on the frontier of paid media strategy and technology across both search and social • You combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans spanning Google Ads and Meta • You make tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization across platforms • You test constantly, investigate relentlessly, and adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes • You write compelling direct-response copy for both search and social • You build out campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • You ensure every initiative is launched on time, on budget, and built to win • You project monthly budgets for each account, back every recommendation with data, and communicate results clearly to clients and teammates
• Analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and guiding clients and team to build successful campaigns. • Making data-informed bets on targeting, messaging, and optimizing campaigns to create the best possible outcome. • Conducting multivariate tests to determine the best-performing creative and target audiences. • Taking ownership of finding solutions when a bet does not go as planned. • Establishing trusting relationships and providing weekly updates to clients as their primary point of contact. • Monitoring active campaigns and adjusting budgets and strategy to ensure the best results possible for clients.
• Optimize ad accounts through building, iterating, and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bids in accounts to hit your spend and ROAS targets. • Forecast future budgets and performance through the analysis of historical data and industry trends. • Communicate meaningful results to clients in weekly meetings, reports, and with teammates for a fresh perspective and new understanding of data. • Troubleshoot accounts to fix errors or warnings across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center • Help teach and coach junior buyers on the team. Share your knowledge to help uplift the entire team. Assisting with accounts of non Sr. media buyers to guide them through any helpful tips you might have.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE The Sales Representative for the Accelerator Program at Common Thread Collective (CTC) is responsible for driving growth by leading sales conversations and closing new business with early-stage eCommerce brands (typically under $7.5M in annual revenue). This is a client-facing role focused on managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualification to close, for Accelerator Program prospects. • Build and maintain growth forecasts in Statlas. • Align forecasts with marketing calendars, launches, and contribution margin goals. • Translate forecasts into daily/weekly pacing to ensure spend and performance remain within targets. • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, overseeing Google, and YouTube (with expansion to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat). • Lead creative diversification and media testing to profitably scale accounts. • Communicate forecasts, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence. • Serve as the primary growth partner for your accounts.
