Commercial Fire Protection

• Develop and deliver training programs for ServiceTrade and ERP systems (NetSuite or Sage) across the organization. • Train field technicians, operations staff, and administrative teams on best practices for using company software platforms. • Create training materials including guides, videos, presentations, and documentation. • Support the onboarding process by providing system training to new hires. • Identify knowledge gaps and develop training solutions to improve system adoption and efficiency. • Work closely with leadership, operations, and IT teams to ensure systems are being used effectively. • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees using ServiceTrade and ERP systems. • Assist with implementation, updates, and process improvements related to company software platforms. • Track training progress and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.

• Lead day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, business systems, internal IT, and application delivery. • Oversee both infrastructure and applications, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and business alignment. • Manage technology budgets across operating expenses and capital expenditures, including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and technical services. • Drive vendor management, renewal planning, cost optimization, and accountability for third-party partners and contractors. • Build practical operating discipline for service delivery, change management, escalation, documentation, and release coordination. • Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that improve visibility, efficiency, and growth. • Support systems integration, acquired business onboarding, and scaling efforts as the company grows through 2029. • Develop KPIs, reporting rhythms, and execution follow-through for the technology function.
