Role Description We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and dealer performance within a defined territory for our utility vehicle lines. This role is responsible for managing a network of 20–25 dealer and distributor rooftops, with an expectation of monthly in-person visits to each location. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of commercial (B2B) sales experience and consumer (retail) sales support, along with a proven ability to drive results through dealer partnerships. Account management, territory execution, and sales growth are the primary measures of success. The Regional Sales Manager will cover the Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana region. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred) - Equivalent industry experience will be considered - At least 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in: - Utility vehicles, golf carts, LSVs, power sports, construction equipment, or capital equipment - OEM or manufacturer roles supporting dealer or distributor networks - Proven success managing multi-location territories - Experience supporting both commercial (B2B) and consumer (retail) sales - Strong background in account management and territory growth - Comfortable working remotely with significant travel Requirements - Strong B2B and dealer-driven sales capability - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - Ability to influence without direct authority - Solid pipeline management and forecasting discipline - Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills - Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools Benefits - Club Car is a diverse and inclusive environment. - We are an equal employment opportunity employer, dedicated to hiring a diverse workforce including individuals with disabilities and United States qualified protected veterans. - Discrimination of any type will not be tolerated at Club Car.
