Title: Business Development Representative Location: United States Job Description: Remote: Available for team members residing outside the Troy, MI area • Hybrid: Troy-based team members work a hybrid schedule with in-office hours during the week PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our growing Sales team. Reporting directly to Sales leadership, the BDR will play a critical role in driving growth by focusing on areas where strong opportunities for expansion exist. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and a solutions-oriented mindset to re-engage clients and unlock new business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Tasks: - Conduct daily outbound calls (OBCs) to assigned branches within strategic accounts. - Re-engage branches that have shown a decline in order volume. - Introduce Class Valuation products, services, and initiatives aligned to client needs. - Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to hand off qualified opportunities. - Maintain accurate activity tracking and branch-level notes within HubSpot/CRM. - Provide feedback on trends, objections, and competitive intelligence gathered from outreach. - Contribute to branch-level sales campaigns in coordination with Marketing. - Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and engagement metrics (e.g., number of calls, connections, qualified branch opportunities). - Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: - Mortgage or appraisal industry experience is a must! - 2+ years’ successful sales experience, ideally in inside sales, B2B sales or a call center environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in sales, customer engagement, or business development will also be considered. - Strong phone presence and comfort making a high volume of calls daily. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to learn and articulate Class Valuation’s value proposition. - Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage activity in CRM systems. - Mortgage, appraisal, or financial services experience preferred but not required. SUCCESS METRICS: - Consistent achievement of outreach activity goals. - Number of re-engaged or reactivated branches. - Pipeline opportunities generated for Account Managers/Sales Executives. - Contribution to overall volume growth within top accounts. Role Description The Virtual Inspection Specialist is responsible for the quality of all Property Data Collections with special considerations for both GSE & client specific sensitivities & requirements. The Virtual Inspection specialist will review virtual inspections submitted by third party partners and for certain clients, complete virtual inspections firsthand. Responsibilities: - Review for Virtual Inspections completed for errors and GSE/client specific inconsistencies. - Submit audit forms for each review completed. - Provide direct feedback to third party partners in instances where there is certainty around missed items. - Remain up to date with best Virtual Inspection practices as well as client & GSE specific sensitivities/requirements. - Promote a social environment whereby questions are asked when uncertainties surface. - Maintain quality that is in line with designated KPI targets (relates to both quality & speed). - Work with peers and the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead to identify areas for process improvement. - Serve as an educational bridge to external operations groups on an as needed basis. - Facilitate the training and mentoring of any third party vendors with respect to the Virtual Inspection Process. - Provide support in the management of the knowledge compendium by submitting real time learnings. - Perform other duties as required by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead. - Document and properly notate all files with all touch points and relevant updates/communications. - Support in other QC areas as directed by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead or other leaders.
