Role Description The Insurance Filing Specialist is responsible for locating and reporting insurance information via claims analysis and interactions with damagers. On a Typical Day, You'll: - Utilize Beyond platform to cross reference insurance information on repeat damagers. - Analyze work activity to determine identity of General Contractors. - Request Certificates of Insurance from General Contractors and other damagers. - File Insurance claims. - Send subrogation documents. - Enter insurance information and determine appropriate claim codes into Beyond platform. - Assist supervisor and team members as requested. Role Description We’re looking for someone comfortable receiving inbound calls who can positively interact with our customers. As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative I, we expect you to provide quality inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These FNOL claims are used to report damage to our client’s property. The role involves interacting with: - Business owners - Contractors - Insurance companies - Utility company field technicians You’ll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching from leaders. We’ll also teach you the insurance concepts, providing in-depth training on property damage and establishing liability so you can confidently and independently recover claims. Determine how much money you want to make by utilizing our commission and bonus system, which are given out based on the level of fees you recover.
