Role Description Joining us as a Portfolio Performance & Delivery Controls Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a single, trusted view of performance, financial control, risk, and delivery confidence, driving data-led insights, governance, and prioritisation to enable effective executive decision-making and maximise value across complex programmes. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: - Own and enhance portfolio delivery controls, including standards, KPIs, governance, and reporting to drive consistent, high-quality delivery. - Provide a single, integrated view of portfolio performance across delivery, financials, risks, dependencies, and benefits. - Lead financial oversight of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-to-complete tracking. - Deliver forward-looking insights to identify risks, trends, and optimisation opportunities, enabling informed executive decision-making. - Manage portfolio planning and prioritisation, ensuring initiatives align with strategy, capacity, and value outcomes. - Drive data quality, reporting, and tooling (e.g., dashboards/automation) while coaching teams to improve delivery maturity and discipline. Qualifications - Strong portfolio management, financial acumen, and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. - Proven experience in portfolio / PMO or delivery controls roles. - Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, analysis). - Ability to create clear, executive-level reporting. - Experience working in complex, multi-programme environments. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. - Confidence using reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel). Role Description Joining us as a Portfolio Project Manager, you will be a hands-on project leader responsible for delivering complex initiatives end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and performance across cost, time, quality, and benefits. Head of Safety, Health & Environment

Role Description We’re looking for a Head of Safety, Health & Environment contractor to join our on a 6-month basis. This role is critical to shaping a positive, people‑centred safety culture across a complex UK operation, leading by example and inspiring teams to put Health, Safety and Wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders, operational teams and external contractors to drive continuous improvement, support meaningful culture change and ensure excellence in SHE strategy, compliance and performance. It’s a highly influential role for a confident, values‑led leader who thrives on connection, collaboration and making a lasting impact. - Leading and nurturing a high‑performing regional SHE team, creating an environment where people feel supported, developed and empowered to do their best work - Partnering closely with senior leaders and operational teams to shape a strong, values‑led health, safety and wellbeing culture that goes beyond compliance and truly puts people first - Guiding and supporting contractors across their full lifecycle, ensuring safe, capable delivery through robust planning, assurance and continuous improvement - Driving meaningful, sustainable improvements to SHE policies, systems and behaviours, using insight, collaboration and best practice to raise standards across the network - Influencing change across a complex business through clear communication, thoughtful leadership and a hands‑on approach to coaching, assurance and project delivery Qualifications - Proven leadership of SHE delivery within large, complex operating environments - Recognised Health & Safety subject matter expert, providing proactive and reactive advice in line with Regulation 7 of the MHASAWR99 - Partnered with operational Directors to develop effective compliance and improvement plans aligned to corporate and customer strategies - Acted as a commercially focused, business-minded partner on Health & Safety matters - Collaborated across the organisation to share best-practice SHE solutions - Drove sustainable culture change through strategic planning of SHE activities and resources - Developed and implemented new ways of working to improve SHE performance Requirements - A visible, values‑led leadership style that builds trust, inspires others and champions a positive, people‑first approach to health, safety and wellbeing - Strong strategic thinking paired with practical delivery, enabling you to guide complex teams and contractors towards safer, smarter and more sustainable ways of working - The ability to collaborate with confidence at senior level, influencing culture change through empathy, clear communication and credible expertise - Deep professional knowledge of SHE, combined with curiosity and openness to continuous improvement, innovation and shared learning - A calm, resilient presence with the emotional intelligence to coach, mentor and bring people with you through change in a complex operational environment Company Description CityFibre is delivering one of the UK’s largest digital infrastructure programmes.
