Role Description This position will support the Company’s sales initiatives and finance teams by establishing, monitoring, and reporting on customers’ credit and receivables. Main responsibilities will include: - Setting and monitoring all credit limits for customers in all CHG locations within the US. - Monitoring and collecting all open receivables for all locations. - Reporting all possible bad debt, slow payment, and other payment irregularities to management in monthly past due reports. - Supporting the sales team, customer service, distribution, and the EDI department by monitoring the daily invoicing process. - Overseeing the accounts receivable and cash application process. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Associates or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field, preferred. - At least 5 years of experience in credit and collections. - At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferred. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
Role Description The Financial Analyst Manager has overall accountability and responsibility for providing financial representation and support for C. H. Guenther and Son Sales Channels and Corporate Planning functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Financial budgeting - Forecasting - Variance analyses - Performance analyses - Coordination of data collection to support corporate financial systems - Additional analyses and reports as required for financial analysis Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist Sales Channel management in implementing financial and performance measurement systems in line with needs and corporate policies. - Initiate self-directed efforts and/or coordinate the efforts of others to successfully capitalize on opportunities. - Provide coordination and direction as required to effect appropriate financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis which provide accurate and timely reflection of channel and consolidated performance. - Support effective input, output, integration, and coordination of all information systems (e.g., SAP, BI, BPC, VISTEX etc.) related to financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis. - Provide direction and support to the Sales Channels and Corporate Accounting wherever appropriate related to financial monitoring, measurement, reporting, analysis, and projection. - Ensure accuracy of profitability database (COPA) and timely reporting of results. - Manage and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting efforts which includes consolidation and reporting of results. - Prepare financial budget and re-forecasts for the Channels based upon input and assumptions provided by the Channel Managers. - Assist the Channel staff in developing, validating, and challenging those assumptions. - Perform analytical review of results for reasonableness. - Provide insight that supports financial measurement and reporting by Channel, including Contribution Margin and EBIT. - Assist in the development of business cases for key channel projects. - Participate in the key decision-making processes within all channels. - Aggregate and prepare information for the monthly and quarterly board slides. - Provide testing assistance for BI and BPC related projects as needed. - Support additional Corporate Accounting initiatives including: - Continuous evaluation and improvement of internal controls. - Assist as needed with due diligence for planned acquisitions, integrations, expansions, or other special projects. - Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field. - Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) and association with professional organizations is a plus. - At least 5 years financial reporting/analysis experience, preferably in an integrated ERP environment, including modeling and price/volume mix analysis. Director, Tortilla Finance Business Partner

• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for all Tortilla Platform Supply Chain Operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. • Provide strategic oversight and direction to plant accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, cost analysis, and performance measurement. • Develop and deploy standardized policies, processes, and systems for financial operations across plants, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards. • Partner with Operations leadership to drive continuous improvement in cost performance utilizing the productivity tracking process, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making. • Provide leadership and guidance to the plant financial resources for involvement in the Guenther Productive System (GPS). • Oversee the development and refinement of standard cost systems, inventory valuation practices, and plant-level reporting mechanisms. • Guide and support plant finance teams in the implementation and interpretation of Activity-Based Costing and other performance measurement tools. • Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and enhanced reporting to support proactive financial management. • Serve as the key liaison between supply chain finance and corporate finance.
