• Provides technical support to both field services and customers involved in the maintenance of equipment. • Installs, troubleshoots problems, and overhauls equipment. • Provides support to customers requiring technical assistance. • Ensures a high level of customer service through effective technical assistance to customers. • Sets up, analyzes/troubleshoots equipment. • Provides instructions to customer personnel on the proper handling and operating procedures of ESP equipment. • Performs scheduled preventive and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression units. • Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports, expense reports, timesheets and other necessary paperwork daily.
