• Validate and control the quality of the entire process • Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction • Configure SISES parameters • Lead or participate in external meetings • Coordinate and implement improvements • Provide mentoring and development support to other engineers • Validate the structural design of ATPs • Identify and develop improvements and training for team development • Report and formalize solutions and project issues to Coordination and Management • Serve as technical and operational support to coordinators and/or responsible engineers • Review and approve computational models of various types of structures

• Technical leadership of projects in Structural Masonry, Reinforced Concrete and other systems • Direct client interface, working autonomously with a consultative approach • Management of team, KPIs, deadlines and quality standards • Implementation of continuous improvements and agile methodologies • Technical and professional development of team members

• Programming in C# and WPF • Working with SQL • Emphasis on agile methodologies • Collaborating with a team and continuously learning
