• Manage all Elements of Commissioning Projects (50%) • Assist with pre-construction elements including project initiation, kickoff, RFIs and submittals. • Coordinate and support resource and material forecasting. • Develop, manage and monitor schedule. • Participate in, schedule or lead project meetings. • Coordinate / perform QA / QC and Cx plans and specifications to ensure completion in accordance with the project scope and appropriate guidelines and manuals. • Communicate and coordinate project staffing needs. • Coordinate or oversee start-up, cutover, pre-functional or functional testing and project closeout. • Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Lead and assist in preparation of final commissioning report for submission to client. • Monitor and Control Project Financials (15%) • Manage Stakeholder Relations (10%) • Perform On-site Commissioning Activities (15%) • Develop Testing Plans and Procedures for Complex Projects (5%) • Review Construction Related Design Documents, Drawings and Specifications (5%)

• Manage Commissioning Projects (50%) • Develop project proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget. • Lead and manage multiple project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery. • Identify risks and support development of mitigation strategies to control costs and schedule deviations. • Manage project scope to meet contractual and budget requirements. • Manage Stakeholder Relations (20%) • Ensure projects align with company policies, standards, and client value expectations. • Serve as primary client contact and, when applicable, act as Client Program Manager with business development responsibilities. • Support research for technical papers and industry presentations. • Organizational Development and Continuous Improvement of Policies and Procedures (20%) • Mentor team members and support training, development, and standards creation. • Contribute to organizational planning and may assist with hiring efforts. • Manage On-site High Profile or Escalated Commissioning Projects (10%) • Perform inspections, validation, testing, and verification of systems and methods. • Oversee functional testing of equipment and electrical systems. • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Completion of assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget.

• Perform On-site Commissioning Activities and Manage Projects (50%) • Conduct on-site inspections, validation, functional testing, troubleshooting, and verification of mechanical and controls systems using appropriate technical equipment. • Participate in factory witness testing and observe system startup activities. • Direct vendors and contractors during testing and commissioning activities. • Support timely, effective project delivery by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining schedule and budget alignment. • Assist with project team onboarding, mobilization, and ongoing updates. • Develop Testing Plans and Procedures for Complex Projects (20%) • Develop commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts for complex projects. • Review Construction Related Design Documents, Drawings and Specifications(15%) • Review shop drawings, submittals, and sequences of operations. • Support and participate in commissioning-focused design reviews Reporting & Documentation (15%) • Contribute to project communications, progress reporting, and development of final commissioning reports. • Track and manage personal project hours using company tools.

• Perform On-Site Commissioning Activities and Project Support (50%) Conduct on-site inspections, validation, functional testing, troubleshooting, and vendor/contractor direction. Participate in factory witness testing and startup activities using appropriate technical equipment. Support effective project delivery by managing timelines, identifying risks, and helping develop mitigation strategies. Assist with team onboarding, mobilization, and ongoing project updates. • Develop Testing Plans and Procedures for Complex Projects (20%) Oversee all pre-construction activities, including project initiation, kickoff meetings, RFIs, submittals, and resource/material forecasting.
