Carry

• Serve as Carry's tax authority—the person who can answer "can we do this?" and "should we?" • Identify tax strategies worth productizing and help prioritize our roadmap • Work closely with product and engineering to spec out tax logic and validate implementations • Stay current on tax law and translate changes into opportunities for our customers • Help with client-facing tax questions as needed

• Design and build new investment products, including everything from real-time crypto trading to personalized financial plans • Own features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to production • Build new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investments • Automate key operations workflows so we can scale to thousands of customers • Set the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as we grow
