Role Description - Execute onboarding and training for 1 client - Handle inquiries and requests from client and address their needs - Work closely with Client Services team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of relevant Client Services, Account Management, or Business Development experience, preferably in the media, consultancy, tech, PR & communications, or market research industry - 1-2 years of experience required - Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Email and chat handling experience - Experience in handling any SAAS platforms would be an additional advantage - Good communication skills - Service-minded attitude - Problem-solving ability - Attention to detail - Languages required: English and Thai Company Description CARMA is a global leader in media intelligence, committed to helping organisations harness the power of data and insights to drive impactful communication strategies and business growth.
