• Ongoing bookkeeping (document management and preparatory financial accounting, including DATEV interface; payroll processing) • Coordination with the tax advisor and authorities • Support for management in day-to-day operations (email, appointments, research, coordination) • Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments • Maintenance of documents, contracts and internal tools • Occasional special projects (e.g., reporting, onboarding support)

• You source new influencers on relevant platforms. • You manage existing influencer collaborations and build strong partnerships. • You plan, brief, and coordinate content schedules and ensure on-time deliverables. • You optimize ongoing collaborations.
