Role Description This role will be with our Collections team in Accounting. It involves basic data entry and following templates for emails generated to customers. The position will require phone skills with inbound and outbound calls, speaking with customers and forwarding calls to the correct department. This will be during standard US operating hours 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. No previous history required with accounting; this is a VA role for data entry and phone speaking.
