• Handle and convert incoming guest calls always meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale. • Ensure compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies. • Complete daily administrative routines (system logins, checklists, e mails, trainings). • Manage guest voicemails and conduct callbacks. • Monitor and manage property waitlists, including availability checks and guest callbacks. • Engage in extensive training modules (Back to Basics, OSHA, Security Awareness, property-specific training).
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the benefits programs across all Pyramid Global Hospitality locations. • Completion and maintenance of ongoing benefits-related tasks and assisting with ongoing training to support the property HR Partners and associates. • Excellent customer service to all property HR teams, property associates, and Home Office staff related to all benefits questions, enrollment issues, member doctor/facility situations, etc. • Acts as first-level support / triage for complex benefits issues. • Assist with and occasionally lead specific training and education sessions related to the company’s benefit offerings. • Liaises with all benefit carriers, insurance brokers, and properties to ensure Benefit Programs function properly. • Perform day-to-day benefits administration tasks, including, but not limited to, dependent verification, evidence of insurability, data issues, Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, cobra administration etc. • Collaborate with Total Rewards Analysts in tracking and processing all benefit invoices. • Works with Corporate Accounting to ensure Hotels are billed appropriately. • Assists in education of benefit offerings for all new Home Office staff. • Assists with Hotel Due Diligence and Acquisitions. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Guide the instructional design of new Spanish and dual products, providing a professional developer/practitioner perspective on content to help ensure best practices • Collaborate with content developers, authors, and consultants to conceptualize new products and develop program matrices and scope and sequences based on ELA, ELD and content standards • Attend Content Development working meetings to support the conceptualization and prototyping of all new components • Develop scope and sequences, working with content developers and outside consultants as needed • Create new product prototypes and provide feedback on prototypes developed by others • Participate in district and state submissions by writing and/or reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of responses • Participate in product launch meetings, scrums, and RFP weekly meetings • Work with the Director, Instructional Design and Training, to create product training scripts for Spanish core and supplemental products

• Drive top-line revenue across multiple hotels by optimizing pricing, managing distribution, and leading revenue strategy. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations while ensuring tactical execution and data integrity across all revenue systems and distribution platforms. • Lead pricing strategy across transient, group, and wholesale segments through collaboration with sales and ops. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve optimal mix and maximize RevPAR. • Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and quarterly business reviews. • Analyze competitor data and market trends to inform strategy. • Manage and execute rate loading, restrictions, and stop-sell actions across RMS, CRS, PMS, and third-party sites. • Perform daily audits to ensure data accuracy and rate integrity across systems. • Execute promotional offers and digital rate campaigns in coordination with marketing.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for F&B operations across the portfolio, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and guest satisfaction • Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership, owners, and property teams to develop and implement resources, tools, standards, and programs across Restaurants + Bars, Culinary, and Meetings + Events • Lead product and service development, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards across culinary, bar, service, programming, and event operations • Guide performance by analyzing financial results, implementing cost-control measures, and creating strategies that optimize efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability • Support properties with concept development, repositionings, renovations, and openings, including beverage programming, marketing, and guest-focused activations • Drive talent development by leading recruiting, training, onboarding, and retention initiatives, while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of F&B leaders • Provide leadership and support for conferences, corporate meetings, events, and other portfolio-wide initiatives • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behaviors by engaging in research, workshops, and professional development; apply best practices to continuously elevate operations and guest experiences • Actively engage, develop, and inspire F&B teams through leadership development and mentorship programs.
