• We’re looking for a Senior Data Architect to join us immediately and help shape the backbone of our data-driven future. • If you love designing scalable data systems, making architectural decisions that matter, and turning complex data ecosystems into clean, reliable platforms - this is your role. • You’ll own the evolution of our data architecture end-to-end and play a key role in turning data into a real strategic asset across the company. • You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership, and your decisions will directly shape how data is stored, accessed, trusted, and used.

• 🎯 What you'll do with us: **Strategy & Innovation** - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue - Plan and execute (automated) campaigns along the full-funnel patient journey to boost online visibility and conversion rates from awareness through the end of treatment - Identify new digital trends in AI, data analytics and content automation - Work closely with internal and external creative, tech and marketing teams **Social Media & Email Marketing** - Plan, execute and optimize social media campaigns and email marketing **SEO, SEA & AI Visibility** - Develop and implement SEO strategies - Plan, manage and optimize SEA campaigns - Monitor and expand our brand presence in AI-based search tools - Conduct keyword, prompt and competitor analyses to improve visibility **Analysis & Performance Management** - Continuously evaluate relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, leads, customer journey) and prepare reports - Correlate different data points and derive actionable recommendations - Define data-driven measures and optimization proposals **Website Management & Conversion Optimization** - Independently optimize the website: structure, content, UX and loading times - Set up, maintain and further develop tracking setups (GTM, GA4, Search Console) - Improve user flows and drive targeted conversion optimization **Digital Content & Design** - Develop and design content for the website and social media in collaboration with content teams - Derive content strategies from performance analyses

• You support our patients via the in‑app chat, email and phone, actively contributing to a positive user experience. • You provide empathetic assistance with both content-related and technical questions about our digital therapy programs. • You know the content of our programs in detail and can respond to users’ concerns and feedback individually. • You act as the central interface between our patients and the Cara Care team, bringing valuable feedback directly into product development and other departments. • Through your commitment, you help continuously improve our team processes and foster a positive team dynamic.

• Develop and write scientifically grounded, patient-centered concepts and content in various media formats on nutrition for digital therapeutic applications • Contribute to the conceptual (further) development of product features with a nutrition-therapy focus • Quality Assurance (QA) of nutrition-therapy content • Translate clinical evidence, guidelines, and study data into precise, understandable, and regulatorily compliant content • Ensure the technical accuracy, consistency, and compliance of external nutrition-therapy communications • Initial experience using or integrating AI to create, personalize, and scale content
