The Opportunity Account Development Managers (ADMs) are responsible for generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts including, but not limited to, customer requests, marketing-generated leads, cold calls, cold emails, social media, etc. ADMs will qualify prospective customers by identifying key decision-makers and helping them understand how they can improve their practice. ADMs will also be traveling 1 to 2 times per year to trade show events to meet face-to-face with our target market. You will learn about their businesses and discuss ways to differentiate their firms to beat out the competition and level up their processes. This position is a hybrid role in South Jordan, (M, W, F in-office). What You’ll Do: - Generate opportunities and demand through significant inbound or outbound efforts (demo requests, warm leads, cold calls, cold emails, social media, etc) - Find and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and other outbound efforts - Set proper expectations for a demonstration of Canopy - Occasionally travel to Trade Shows to promote Canopy and generate leads - Be consultative and uncover problems within a prospect’s business. The Opportunity We are hiring a Manager of People Operations to lead our People Operations function, including Payroll, Benefits, HR Systems, and Compliance. This is a critical leadership role designed to ensure our internal engines run smoothly and efficiently as we scale. This is a hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah. What You’ll Do - Own People Operations function and manage outcomes with accuracy and timeliness. - Manage and provide final approvals for payroll - Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, broker relationships, and employee inquiries. - Optimize system workflows and serve as a "center of excellence" support for our People Business Partners. - Support Leave Management for the company. - Own and support compliance, such as reviews, filings (e.g., 5500s, CAA RX), and state law monitoring. - Support administration of our 401 (k) Plan, including yearly non-discrimination testing, participant accuracy, & auditing. - Proactively utilize AI and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of People Ops processes. - Provide strategic input on current systems and prepare the organization for the annual compensation process. What We’re Looking For - 6+ years of experience in an HR role, with extensive depth in Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance. - Highly skilled with HR systems and a proven track record of technical proficiency. - Experience with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows. - Adaptable and curious learner with high attention to detail. - Exercise the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion. - Excellent follow-through and a commitment to operational excellence. - Experience with tools such as Rippling, UKG, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Nectar, Lattice, Greenhouse, and Radford.
