Role Description The Senior Proposal Writer is responsible for leading the development of high-impact, client-facing proposals that support revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and Leadership to shape win strategies, craft compelling narratives, and deliver compliant, high-quality RFP/RFI responses that differentiate CallTower in the CX, CCaaS, AI, and UCaaS market. Duties - Proposal Strategy & Development - Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, including strategy, messaging, and positioning - Develop win themes and value propositions aligned to client needs and competitive landscape - Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling business narratives - Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to shape responses - Facilitate proposal strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment to meet response deadlines - Process & Content Optimization - Maintain and evolve reusable content library and templates - Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools (including AI-enabled capabilities) - Oversee and manage the response process, including procurement portals, communications with customer procurement teams, and bid coordination - Risk & Compliance - Ensure all proposals align with contractual, legal, and compliance standards - Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks - Communicate with federal, state, and provincial bodies to request compliance documents - Review contract clauses and verify the conformity of proposals - The Senior Proposal Writer will also partake in managing contractual documents for the Company (scope of work, change requests, hours of bank, support contracts, subscription contracts, etc.). His/her responsibilities include: - Prepare, review, and finalize proposal content (technical, financial, compliance, corporate etc.) - Apply, evaluate, and adjust these measures as required, and consult legal counsel for review if necessary - Implement a compliance process for all stakeholders - Review the development process and optimize it - Review SOW grids and T&C. Make any valuable improvement when possible and automate them - Safeguard the Company’s interests by thoroughly reviewing the terms and conditions of all legal documents—including MSAs, NDAs, client contracts, freelance agreements, and Board signing authorities. Prepare comprehensive lists and detailed grids as required - Ensure consistency of legal clauses to protect the Company - Analyze proposal T&C and assumptions and SOW to mitigate business risks for clients, partners, and suppliers - Ensure consistency between liability insurance contracts and the Company’s contractual commitments - Other duties as assigned by management Success Measures - Improve proposal win rate and qualification effectiveness - Meet or exceed proposal turnaround SLAs - Increase reuse of standardized content and reduce cycle time - Maintain high compliance and quality standards across submissions Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in IT or consulting services as a Proposal Writer - Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience - Excellent understanding of the different phases of IT project implementation - Ability to successfully communicate client tender objectives and their main characteristics to the delivery and sales teams through oral and written presentations - Strong interpersonal skills: capacity to work in teams of various sizes, with employees with different technical abilities and professional authority - Ability to manage and coordinate service and information requests from stakeholders with proactive means of communication - Solid knowledge of software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat - Experience supporting enterprise SaaS / CCaaS / UCaaS deals - Proven ability to influence deal outcomes and win strategies - Experience using proposal automation tools or AI-assisted writing tools - Experience in project management is an asset - Ability to analyze and write proposals - Exceptional writing skills - Strong organizational skills, precision, and great attention to detail - Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
Description Position summary The Implementation Project Manager II is responsible for taking new clients from signed contracts to full implementation and hand-off to the Customer Support organization. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the communication, planning, and implementation of services sold to a CallTower customer are well-managed. The Implementation Project Manager II will be self-motivated and highly organized. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for requirements gathering & defining project scope and objectives Provide Implementation Services 8-5 BST (British Summer Time Zone) Manages all phases of client onboarding & develops detailed work plans, project plans, schedules, project estimates, status reports, and processes to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of services Conducts regular project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project Responsible for design of telephone, voicemail, call flows, and email systems as well as provisioning client services within the internal CallTower Provisioning System Responsible for managing equipment procurement and provisioning Responsible for coordinating the ordering and delivering of Telco circuits and DIDs Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of processes & customer satisfaction and optimization Must be courteous and polite in written and oral communication, and be able to get ideas across in a non-confrontational manner in one-to-one situations, small groups, and before large audiences Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Any other duties as assigned by management Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years relevant experience required. Fields of Information Systems or related field desired, graduate degree or certificates a plus PMP Certification a plus 4+ years of project management experience and/or 4+ years of project implementation experience in a technology area (preference given to VoIP, networking, or telecom) Demonstrate excellent project management, consulting, and problem-solving skills Strong in oral and written communications to exchange information, explain procedures, techniques, and answer questions in a clear logical manner Able to manage clients to tight implementation schedules, proactively set and maintain expectations, and maintaining good client relationships (mostly remotely vs. onsite) Able to track and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and related tasks at different project phases and for different clients, and coordinate the tasks across multiple internal teams and clients Able to effectively utilize implementation support staff Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and ability to learn technologies and their applications quickly Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule that frequently includes some evening and weekend hours (~20% on average) Able to travel (less than 20%), sometimes on short notice
