Role Description Lead a team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications. Lead the design and life cycle of new development on existing and future applications. Provide industry thought leadership and act as a high-level decision maker in the process, determining everything from design choices to technical standards, such as platforms and coding standards. - Lead, develop, and recruit for the web application team. - Supervise the design, development, and testing. - Support developers in a technical and non-technical capacity. - Interpret and translate business specifications into technical specifications. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to recommend technology solutions for business digital transformation. - Lead the technical solution process to build the detailed blueprint for how technology will solve the problem. - Produce architectural blueprints consistent with the company’s IT technical vision and strategy. - Participate in the development and alignment of architecture strategies across the organization. - Create, establish and sustain technical architecture standards. - Provide day-to-day technical leadership for our enterprise applications and ensure stable systems availability, performance, compliance, and security. - Participate in on-call rotation and assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Supervise 2 - 5 employees (Software Engineers and Developers). Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Computer and Information Science Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - Five (5) years of industry experience in architecture and delivery of software products and solutions. - One (1) year of experience designing and implementing off-prem public cloud (GCP) environments, architectures and operational models. - Telecommuting possible. - Subject to background check. Position Overview The Supervisor of Routing is responsible for assisting management through the supervision of staff in the Transportation Routing Department. Implements and communicates routing staff schedules, standard operating procedures, and daily functions of the department. Evaluates and ensures any changes to the normal workflow are coordinated properly with the team in an efficient, operative and productive manner. Communicates necessary information to internal and external business partners as necessary. Job Description Description - Supervise router activity, facilitate communication and build strong working relationships between the internal business partners (warehouse, sales, customer service, customer liaisons, IT, HR) and external business partners (carriers, vendors) - Train and coach/assist team members on all aspects of the JDA 8 routing software, Access (TRACCS), Mainframe screens used by the routing department, Salesforce and Manhattan. Oversee all transportation routing and business decisions as it pertains to planning customer deliveries. Review reports (RAVE, Cube Leader Board) to identify how the routers are performing - Facilitate team meetings and activities that lead the team to taking action to improve KPI's that align with department vision and maximize routing efficiency - Managing customer delivery schedules using the Oracle application as needed. Role Description As the Account Manager (AM), you will serve as a regular interface and communicator for the organization's clients, working independently to orchestrate the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - General Studies - 2-5 years of related experience in a similar environment providing customer support at the level of a senior account representative or equivalent. Requirements - Basic warehouse operations knowledge, electronic data interface knowledge. - Extraordinary customer service skills, excellent communicative abilities, verbal and written, exemplary attention to detail. - Fundamental computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project.
