Role Description The Manager, Logs leads the Logs Department in a high-volume compliance environment. This role is responsible for managing driver Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance, mitigating legal and regulatory risk, and leading a team of log auditors and specialists. The position protects the company and drivers through education, retraining, corrective action, and when necessary, termination. Key Responsibilities - Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop Logs department staff, including remote employees. - Manage performance, payroll approvals, corrective action, and terminations. - Evaluate drivers for HOS compliance and fatigue-related risk in person and by phone. - Make determinations regarding driver holds, disqualifications, and terminations. - Review CSA violations and implement corrective or disciplinary actions. - Serve as a subject-matter expert on DOT, FMCSA, HOS regulations, and ELD systems. - Apply Reasonable Suspicion Training to identify drug or alcohol impairment. - Manage and support high volumes of driver and contractor calls. - Partner with Human Resources and Legal on compliance and eligibility issues. - Provide compliance reporting and risk insights to leadership. - Design and implement process improvements to reduce compliance risk. Leadership & Behavioral Expectations - Clearly communicate risks, issues, and priorities to leadership. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders. - Promote safety, professionalism, teamwork, and respect. - Maintain a strong customer-service mindset. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Five or more years of experience in the transportation industry, preferably compliance-focused. - Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. - Experience in safety, compliance, HR, law enforcement, or driver management preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to make difficult compliance and employment decisions. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and multi-system environments. - Typing proficiency of 30+ words per minute. Working Conditions - Extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. - High-volume phone and computer-based work environment. - Fast-paced, high-interruption, and high-stress setting. - Occasional domestic and international travel. - Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Role Description The Senior Accountant is responsible for all aspects of the accounting process. This person will be responsible for maintaining the General Ledger within the accounting system, reconciling balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis, guiding the company through the monthly close process, and establishing strong internal controls. The Corporate Controller will work with senior management and department heads in creating the annual and quarterly budget. - Ownership of balance sheet accounts and account reconciliations including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, CIP, and accrued liabilities - Month end close including bank reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transfers, straight-line lease adjustments, and cost allocations - Budget to actual variance analysis and presentation - Sales tax, personal property tax, and real property tax filings - Analyzing current and past financial data, preparing reports and projections based on this analysis - Assist with the completion of the annual external audit and preparation of financial statement footnotes - Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts - Coordinating with other members of the finance and accounting team to review financial information - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Advanced problem solving and interpersonal skills - Detail oriented with a desire to learn and grow - Ability to succeed in a remote work environment - Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, sumifs, pivot tables, Excel queries, and SQL) - Understanding of data tables and database structure - Strong work ethic - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - Ability to accomplish goals and tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills Requirements - BS/BA in Accounting, required - Master of Accountancy, CPA and/or CMA, preferred - 4+ years’ experience in a corporate accounting environment - Strong understanding of US GAAP - Strong understanding of balance sheet account reconciliations - Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting process controls - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, or similar general ledger system, preferred Company Description

Position: Backhaul Coordinator Location: Remote Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually Shift: M - F 8:00AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview The Backhaul Coordinator is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s backhaul procurement strategy across the entire transportation network. This role manages customer onboarding, ensures backhaul contracts are accurate and aligned with operational capacity, and provides communication and strategic direction to both internal and external partners. You will oversee the Backhaul Coordinator and serve as the primary liaison between Logistics Engineering, Operations leadership, Sales, and new backhaul customers. Qualifications Required: - 3–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, supply chain, or network planning. - Strong understanding of OTR trucking operations, bid processes, and backhaul procurement. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling). - Clear, confident communication skills appropriate for Directors, VPs, customers, and cross‑functional teams. - Experience coordinating transportation activities across multiple regions or terminals. - Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
