Role Description We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and performance of a growing pediatric therapy organization. This role is responsible for owning the financial “high ground”, ensuring visibility, control, and forward planning across all aspects of the business. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who can balance precision with big-picture thinking, providing clear financial insight while enabling smart, scalable growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Build and manage financial models that support growth, expansion, and decision-making - Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on financial performance and planning - Establish and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes - Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key financial KPIs across locations or service lines - Partner with operations and personnel leaders to align financial goals with execution - Oversee compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies - Identify risks and opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations Qualifications - Proven experience in finance leadership, FP and A, or corporate finance - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Experience building financial systems, forecasts, and scalable reporting structures - High level of accountability and attention to detail - Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial leaders Preferred Background - Experience in healthcare, pediatric therapy, or multi-site service organizations - Background in high-growth or operationally complex environments - Experience supporting executive teams with strategic financial planning Compensation - $120,000 to $150,000 base salary, plus bonus and profit-sharing Location - Remote Employment Type - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, service lines, or therapy programs - Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and elevate patient experience - Align clinical, administrative, and support teams for seamless care delivery - Build and manage KPIs tied to performance, staffing, and service quality - Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and frontline leaders - Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards - Identify operational gaps and implement data-driven solutions Qualifications - Proven operations leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, pediatric therapy, or clinical environments - Strong ability to manage people, processes, and performance simultaneously - Experience building scalable systems, workflows, and operational frameworks - High level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure - Strong communication skills and leadership presence Preferred Background - Experience in pediatric therapy, healthcare operations, or medically oriented leadership roles - Former Special Operations medic or military medical leadership strongly preferred - Background in high-performance, mission-critical environments where precision and teamwork matter

This is a people-first leadership role for someone who is steady, grounded, and capable of creating trust across all levels of the organization. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership and staff, ensuring alignment, accountability, and a culture that supports both performance and care.
