Title: Senior Analyst, Performance Marketing Location: Saint Louis United States Job Description: The Senior Analyst, Performance Marketing is a key contributor to the Performance Marketing team at Build‑A‑Bear. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end channel and campaign execution, day‑to‑day performance reporting, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Senior Analyst is highly data‑driven, passionate about digital advertising and measurable results, and excels at building strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities: - Effectively collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to define requirements, creative and messaging, solicit feedback and confirm campaign and promotional details (timing, budget, messaging and expected outcomes) - Partner with and take direction from the Sr Manager to develop Performance Marketing media mix & spend strategy - Coordinate campaign execution, optimization, and delivery, ensuring campaigns drive qualified traffic and exceed KPI goals - Ensure campaign and asset production (e.g., search copy, images, and video) is complete, accurate, and delivered on time by coordinating with internal teams and managing agency workflow in the workflow management platform - Provide actionable and regular analysis and insights for performance marketing channels, identifying campaign and channel optimization opportunities, including tracking performance against budget and forecast goals - Partner with Sr Manager on a testing roadmap and regularly conduct a variety of digital experiments. - Stay current with Google, Meta, TikTok and other Performance Marketing best practices and emerging trends - Leverage a range of available reporting tools to understand campaigns; including Paid Platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok etc.), Web Analytics (Google Analytics), and other tools (as directed) - Develop and maintain a consistent reputation as a self-starter, collaborative and effective partner Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - Passion for digital marketing - A minimum of 2-5 years of day-to-day Paid Social and/or Paid Search campaign production and analytics (in-house or agency) required - 1+ years of experience setting up digital experiments and/or tests in Paid Social or Paid Search - Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, and/or Google Ads Certified preferred - A working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and metrics, with an understanding of campaign settings and new innovations Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or other advanced measurement approaches. - Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail - Efficient and effective at working cross functionally to collect requirements, respond to questions and complete tasks - Excel enthusiast and power user with proven experience building forecasts, analyzing campaign performance, and budgeting in spreadsheets - Strong analytical reasoning and planning skills Behavioral Traits for Success: - Demonstrates behavioral flexibility - Detail oriented and accurate - Calm, even-keeled approach - Empathetic and perspective taking - Reliable with great follow-through - Thoughtful problem solver - Comfortable supporting others' priorities - Prefers structure with flexibility Working Environment: - Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs - Corporate office is in St. Louis, MO - Hybrid work schedule when within 45 miles of office - Remote > 45 miles of office; domestic travel to office when required Your Performance Will Be Measured On: Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve annual department objectives and corporate goals which include but are not limited to the following. - Decision-making, judgment, and execution - Deadlines, accuracy, and quality - Communication - Budget allocation - Collaboration and coordination - Marketing results - Responsiveness - Stakeholder Feedback

Manager, Retail Operations Location: Saint Louis United States Job Description: The Manager, Retail Operations serves as the primary contact for high-visibility pop-up shops and Build-A-Bear events, as well as the management of store information and field alignments. This role leads the planning and execution of short-term, high-impact retail activations-ranging from one-day events to week-long pop-ups-in partnership with Brand, Marketing, and Licensing teams, ensuring operational excellence, brand alignment, and seamless field execution. Responsibilities: Pop-Up Shops & High-Visibility Activations - Lead planning meetings with key business partners and manage execution timelines and critical path activities to ensure all milestones are met. - Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Licensing, Field Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure activations are operationally sound and brand right. - Lead recurring conference calls with NA BQ and field teams to review activation readiness, execution plans, and post-event learnings. - Provide clear, formal communication to field teams outlining activation scope, operational expectations, timelines, and execution guidance. - Facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure layouts, fixtures, technology, and operational processes support the intended Guest experience. - Gather event-specific field feedback, synthesize insights, and share key learnings with partners to inform future activations and strategy. - Partner with Finance to ensure all popup stores are properly established and assigned store numbers - Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of popup shop sales - Ensure the administration of revenue reporting and any required revenue share payments to support contractual and legal obligations for popup shops partnerships Build-A-Bear Events - Oversee the planning and execution of Build-A-Bear-owned events, ensuring consistent operational standards and a high-quality Guest experience. - Partner with Field Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align event execution, expense management, and revenue recognition. - Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and operational requirements are completed prior to event execution. - Support operational setup, execution readiness, and post-event wrap-up for Build-A-Bear events.
