Role Description The Business Coach plays a critical role in supporting and guiding One2One Coaching members by helping them implement a customized business plan rooted in their personal goals, vision, and values. This role blends expert accountability, encouragement, and practical strategy to help clients maintain consistent revenue, master the Working by Referral system, and maximize their potential. Business Coaches also support departmental priorities through complimentary coaching sessions with prospective clients, short-term business support coverage for other coaches, and internal collaboration. Over time, this position grows into a full client caseload with professional development opportunities for continued growth, certification, and leadership. Key Responsibilities - Coach One2One Members using Buffini & Company’s Working by Referral system and personalized business planning strategies. - Conduct a minimum of two 30-minute coaching calls per client per month. - Support clients in implementing lead generation systems, time management, and business fundamentals aligned with their goals. - Review past coaching notes, track progress, and update action plans using Buffini’s CRM and Salesforce tools. - Integrate REALStrengths language and insights to support client development and self-awareness. - Maintain coaching records and communication documentation in accordance with department guidelines. - Deliver exceptional service that promotes client success, engagement, and retention. - Provide short-term business support client coverage when fellow coaches are on leave. - Participate actively in coaching department initiatives, meetings, trainings, group discussions, and cross-functional collaboration. - Maintain accurate records of business activity, attend ongoing professional development, and contribute to team culture and innovation. - Conduct complimentary coaching calls for prospective One2One Members. - Communicate the value of coaching through strengths-based inquiry and goal alignment. - Support new client onboarding and transition into One2One Coaching, as needed. Success Metrics - Successfully complete New Business Coach Training and Buffini & Company’s Business Coach Certification process (including REALStrengths integration). - Ramp up to a minimum caseload of 75 One2One Members within 6 months. - Demonstrate growth in coaching competency, client impact, and strategic execution. Qualifications - Background in coaching, small business ownership, business leadership, psychology, education, or training. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - High emotional intelligence and active listening ability. - Organized and disciplined with time blocking, calendar management, and follow-through. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and collaborative tools like SharePoint or OneDrive. - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented, remote environment. Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. - Accredited coaching certification is a plus but not required. - REALStrengths certification and Buffini Business Coach Certification provided internally. Role Description The Senior Director of Coaching plays a critical role in ensuring the coaching organization operates as a consistent, scalable, and high-performing system. This role is accountable for ensuring the coaching system performs as designed, with clear alignment between strategy, execution, coach capability, and measurable client outcomes. - Owns the execution, performance, and operational effectiveness of the coaching organization. - Leads the core infrastructure of the coaching system, including Coaching Operations, Coach Development, and REALStrengths Profiling. - Partners closely with the SVP of Coaching and the Director of Coach Development. - Ensures coaching execution is system-enabled, supported by integrated workflows, automation, and technology. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in coaching, leadership, operations, performance management, or organizational development. - Proven experience leading multi-function teams and driving performance in a scalable environment. - Strong understanding of coaching systems, performance metrics, operational execution, and leadership accountability. - Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear execution, systems, and measurable outcomes. - High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation. - Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify and solve patterns across people, process, performance, and client experience. - Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience in a coaching, service, training, or high-accountability performance environment preferred. - REALStrengths knowledge and Buffini coaching experience strongly preferred. Requirements - Own and drive the day-to-day execution of the coaching operating system across all teams. - Drive consistent adoption and execution of coaching frameworks, standards, and methodologies. - Align coaching behaviors with defined scorecards, performance metrics, and client outcomes. - Identify breakdowns in execution, consistency, or results and implement solutions that improve system effectiveness and scalability. - Ensure operational infrastructure supports both coach experience and measurable client outcomes. - Ensure digital solutions are aligned to coaching behavior, performance visibility, and client outcomes. Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) report directly to the SDR Manager. Job Summary: The SDR is responsible for meeting and exceeding company/sales KPI’s and expected monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Targets. A successful SDR does this by adhering to and coaching to the sales development process.
