• Manage a cohort of large mobile buyers (“Premier” buyers) currently purchasing on B-Stock • Be a hyper-responsive single point of contact for Premier mobile buyers • Drive cohort GMV, bidding activity, and dispute resolution • Develop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock’s business model, platform, solutions, and value • Develop an in-depth knowledge of every B-Stock mobile marketplace, including inventory condition, schedules, inventory sources, individual facilities and their variances, inventory forecasts, and any other detail related to mobile transactions. • Execute buyer outreach via phone call, email, and text • Ensure successful transactions by providing excellent and consistent day-to-day operational support to buyers. Solve issues and remove barriers related to payments, shipping, or other services as needed • Work closely with Seller Account Management, Product, CS, and other teams to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new processes for an improved Premier mobile buyer experience • Reporting and analysis of large buyer acquisition and activity. Maintain Salesforce records for buyers • Maintain constant awareness of the overall mobile industry, specifically secondary mobile markets, competitor activities, and challenges • Exceed operational metrics: Total cohort buyer spend, buyer transaction growth, churned buyer rate, dispute rate • Drive buyer onboarding: Successfully convert mobile prospects into active registered bidders by delivering demos, education, and high-touch platform support • Up to 20% travel expectation, including relevant mobile trade shows, buyer visits, and more.
• Exercises independent judgment within their scope of work to review and resolve workflow issues with accuracy and consistency. • Navigates ambiguity by weighing trade-offs, considering downstream impacts, and aligning actions with team and company objectives. • Defines and executes efficient workflows to ensure listings are created and reviewed within established SLAs. • Strategically divides master inventory files into optimized listings using seller-specific standards and subject matter expertise to maximize recovery and velocity. • Partners with cross-functional teams to design listing strategies that exceed client expectations while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Drives success by identifying and implementing process improvements, adapting to client changes and enhancing tool functionality and efficiency through specialized knowledge in online transactions • Leverages automation tools (e.g., AI, Excel macros) to streamline repetitive steps and increase efficiency. • Tracks and reports listing metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. • Supports onboarding of new sellers and locations, ensuring standardized and scalable processes. • Leads ongoing and ad hoc projects in support of clients and internal stakeholders. • Tracks and documents order status between sellers and buyers to ensure timely resolution and minimize disputes. • Monitors account and category performance to recommend competitive pricing strategies for future inventory. • Ensures inventory is properly allocated across sales methods to align with departmental and client objectives. • Reviews aging inventory and adjusts sales method or pricing strategies to meet performance targets.

Credit & Collections Representative

• Execute outbound collections efforts to resolve past-due balances in a professional and timely manner. • Respond to inbound payment inquiries and customer account issues using systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Slack, and related tools. • Apply and reconcile payments across multiple platforms (Stripe, ACH, wires, Plastiq, Net Terms), resolving short payments, unapplied balances, failed transactions, and discrepancies. • Investigate and resolve chargebacks, disputes, and payment processing issues. • Manage order cancellations, refunds, and bid blocking/unblocking in accordance with company policy. • Maintain accurate AR aging and detailed documentation of collection activity and account adjustments. • Monitor customer payment behavior and AR aging to identify delinquent or high-risk accounts. • Conduct credit reviews for new and existing customers using tools such as Dun & Bradstreet and internal financial data. • Recommend credit holds, payment restrictions, or term adjustments in accordance with company guidelines. • Support credit approval workflows and documentation requirements. • Maintain compliance with financial controls and audit standards. • Analyze aging reports, payment activity, and dispute trends to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities to improve collections performance. • Support resolution of complex, high-value, or sensitive accounts in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams. • Assist with large-balance or high-risk customer cases by providing account analysis, documentation, and payment history insights. • Track delinquency trends, recovery performance, and financial risk exposure to support team reporting. • Contribute to collections performance reporting and maintain audit-ready documentation for account adjustments and credit-related decisions. • Identify recurring payment issues and share insights to support process improvements and risk mitigation efforts. • Prioritize workload effectively using Salesforce and other internal systems. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve payment issues and improve customer experience.
