• Drive new business development across the UK • Target service and maintenance contracts • Present solutions to customers with support from engineering and operations • Develop strategic growth plans

• Installation and commissioning of integrated electronic security systems including intruder alarms, IP CCTV, Access Control & Fire alarms • Handover and training of systems to customers • Walk testing remotely monitored systems and sign off installation projects • Liaise with in-house technical support team for installation equipment preparation and remote commissioning assistance • Occasional longer distance travel and overnight stop outs with expenses covered • Occasional flexible hours for evening works • Work alongside installation engineers, service engineers and approved sub-contractors • Complete relevant paperwork in a timely and accurate manner • Report critical security issues to management • Attend training sessions and identify training or development needs • Manage and secure own equipment stock efficiently • Mentor apprentices and provide support for colleagues • Perform any other duties as requested by management

• Create sales opportunities to provide company growth using technology • Connect with potential clients and help to retain current ones. • Work closely with Sales Director, Customer and Sales Support, Marketing Dept, R&D, and Operations.

• Liaising with the client as key point of contact • Managing all internal and external contractors • Engaging and agile communication skills • Exceptional organisational skills • Ability to prioritise and deliver time managed solutions • Deliver concise and accurate reports for activity to the client • Ensuring that all communications are followed through • Championing the company as an ambassador at all times

• Responsible for identifying and developing new business with end users, electrical contractors and consultants • Help with the specification process until sale • Principal Installation BDM for entire UK territory • Expand and grow the sales department in the region
