Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with extensive experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients within Breakmark’s portfolio. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across different clients. - Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and ideal candidate profiles. - Source, screen, and engage top global talent using creative and data-driven strategies. - Build and manage talent pipelines using modern ATS tools. - Collaborate with other Breakmark consultants to share insights and best practices. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles (in-house or agency). - Proven success recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies. - Deep understanding of the tech landscape (engineering, data, product). - Strong sourcing and communication skills, with global reach. - Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus. - Able to handle different clients in different geographies, time zones and with different people needs. - Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
