• Plan and execute QA testing across mobile commerce applications • Create and maintain test cases and test suites in TestRail • Triage and report defects clearly • Own client-specific QA processes • Monitor Sentry crash reports weekly • Lead requirements gathering for new features and client launches • Write clear, testable acceptance criteria • Collaborate with PMs, engineering, and client stakeholders

• Work with senior developers and architects to produce world-class mobile e-commerce experiences used by over 10 million visitors a day • Develop enterprise React applications • Take web projects from mock-ups to completion • Work closely with Designers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Account/Project Managers to communicate status of projects • Work with bug tracking/project management software suites • Develop reusable components and frontend libraries for future use • Learn our proprietary platform technology for mobile websites and apps, using the latest functionality in mobile innovations • Contribute to the evolution of our technology • Implement secure coding best practices • Participate in ongoing security training and awareness

• Design and implement a frontend platform architecture that supports multiple independently deployed modules (micro frontends) within a single cohesive application • Lead the development of shared frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure used across teams • Define and enforce best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability • Architect solutions for shared components, state management, design systems, and dependency management • Evaluate and implement micro frontend strategies (e.g., module federation, single-spa, build-time integration) • Establish patterns for cross-team collaboration while minimizing tight coupling between systems • Own decisions around routing, communication, and integration between micro frontends • Build and optimize frontend build systems, deployment pipelines, and dependency graphs • Ensure platform-level concerns such as authentication, observability, error handling, and resilience are properly designed • Mentor engineers and guide teams in adopting platform standards and architectural best practices • Implement secure coding best practices and participate in ongoing security training and awareness

• Configure and maintain JBoss 7 / WildFly containers, including managing WildFly dependencies • Manage and support servlets within the WildFly application server environment • Assist with migrating or converting REST server frameworks as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve dependency conflicts (preferred experience) • Participate in ongoing security training and awareness programs

• Architect and build a custom Shopify storefront using the Horizon theme as the base, with extensive Liquid template development and theme customization • Develop and maintain multiple page templates (Home, PLP, PDP, Blog, Store Locator, Account, Cart, and more) with modular, reusable section and block patterns • Integrate and optimize a large third-party ecosystem including SearchSpring (search, sort, filter), Nosto (recommendations, personalization), Swym (wishlist, back-in-stock), Okendo (reviews), Attentive (SMS), Klaviyo (email/events), and others • Implement analytics and tracking across GA4, GTM, and multiple vendor pixels (Commission Junction, Everflow, Truefit, ShopMy, Flightplan), including migration to Shopify’s custom pixel architecture • Build responsive, performant UI components for desktop and mobile viewports with attention to brand design fidelity • Collaborate with product, design, and the client’s internal dev team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Own SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) implementation: semantic HTML, structured data, landmark roles, internal linking, and AI/agentic search readiness • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize Core Web Vitals, and ensure reliability across the storefront • Drive code quality through reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices within a CI/CD pipeline • Implement secure coding best practices and participate in ongoing security training and awareness.
