Support Engineer – Blue Prism Infrastructure

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Blue Prism environments (on-prem) • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues across: • Blue Prism Application Server, Robot runtime, and environment configuration • Blue Prism HUB and related components • Authentication, user management, and permissions • Connectivity, scheduling, and queue management • Analyze issues to determine whether they stem from platform configuration, infrastructure, or solution design, and implement or recommend appropriate corrective changes • Plan, coordinate, and execute Blue Prism platform upgrades and version transitions, including HUB upgrades • Coordinate with database teams to plan and execute SQL Server upgrades (e.g., MSSQL 2016 migrations) • Support the setup and configuration of Blue Prism reporting databases, including coordination with DB teams on schema, access, and data flow • Plan and execute failover server configurations for Blue Prism environments • Perform routine system maintenance including health checks, configuration reviews, and environment documentation Monitoring & Observability • Maintain and improve existing Dynatrace monitoring for Blue Prism infrastructure • Identify gaps in monitoring coverage and implement new monitors proactively • Use monitoring data to surface recurring issues and drive operational improvements • Act as a trusted technical contact for clients running Blue Prism in production • Communicate clearly about issues, root causes, and remediation steps • Balance responsiveness with thoughtful, sustainable solutions • Work with BP3 architects and senior engineers on complex or systemic issues • Coordinate with Blue Prism support when defects or product-level issues are identified • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer

Support Engineer – IBM Business Automation Workflow

- Provide day-to-day operational support for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments (on-prem and cloud) - Diagnose and resolve issues across: - BAW runtime services, clusters, and environment configuration - Process Server and Case components, including deployment and execution issues - Human task routing, work management, and user experience concerns - Integrations (REST/SOAP), authentication (LDAP/SSO), and security-related configurations - Analyze BAW process applications to determine whether issues stem from platform configuration or solution design, and implement or recommend appropriate corrective changes - Perform and support BAW upgrades, patching, and version transitions - Assist with deployments, restarts, and environment health checks - Perform routine system maintenance (snapshots, cleanup, configuration reviews) - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce operational risk - Help stabilize and mature customer environments over time - Act as a trusted technical contact for clients running BAW in production - Communicate clearly about issues, root causes, and remediation steps - Provide “backstop support” to customer administrators and BP3 delivery teams - Balance responsiveness with thoughtful, sustainable solutions - Work with BP3 architects and senior engineers on complex or systemic issues - Coordinate with IBM Support when defects or product-level issues are identified - Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer
Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator - Full-Time - Inspection - Baytown, TX / Houston, TX he Operations Coordinator facilitates the efficient operations and financial health across multiple inspection projects performing transactional and administrative tasks for multiple GRCs (Gulf Coast, West Coast, Piping). This is a remote job 5 days a week. Duties/Responsibilities: - Create work orders - Place job purchase requisitions for equipment and services - Follows up with AP on Purchase Order receipts and invoices - Track project progress - Monitor cost versus plan and perform cost estimates - Performs Job Cost Transfers - Prepares and submit change orders - Gathers timesheets and perform invoice works up for T&M jobs - Engages AR to confirm customer PO receipts - Responsible for crew mobilization logistics for international jobs Required Skills/Abilities: - Ability to work independently. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-task. - Basic understanding of service operations from proposals to invoicing - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: - High School or associate degree (preferred) - Two to Three years of experience in an administrative role with experience in Service operations (preferred) - Microsoft Excel expertise is a must - Microsoft Solomon and Salesforce experience (preferred)
