• Develop modern, scalable applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive, Mobile, and Traditional Web). • Maintain and evolve existing systems, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with business rules. • Create reusable components, integrations, connectors, and automated workflows. • Participate in refinement sessions to understand functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate client/business needs into robust technical solutions. • Work aligned with requirements analysts, QA engineers, and the architecture team. • Apply architectural patterns, modularization, and the 4-Layer Canvas. • Ensure correct use of OutSystems best practices, performance optimization, and governance. • Assist in defining and implementing integrations (REST, SOAP, databases, Identity Providers). • Design clean, high-performance workflows with low resource consumption. • Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and query optimization. • Collaborate with QA on validation and technical testing. • Actively participate in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective). • Contribute ideas, improvements, and innovations to the development process. • Operate in a collaborative, people-centered, and transparent environment, strengthening BLUE's culture of excellence.

• Develop and maintain applications and portals using Plone 6. • Customize themes, templates and components. • Build integrations with APIs and external systems. • Work with Python and backend development best practices. • Support architectural evolution and performance improvements. • Perform bug fixes and evolutionary maintenance. • Collaborate with UX/UI, QA and Project teams to ensure quality deliveries. • Follow versioning standards, documentation and coding best practices.
