• Migrate and reconcile historical accounting data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite). • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all migrated financial records. • Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner. • Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. • Review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment. • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed. • Prepare and file required financial reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
