Role Description As our Texas Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for building and growing Blanka’s wholesale presence across the region through proactive outbound sales. You’ll identify, prospect, and engage salon and spa owners, introduce them to Blanka’s private-label product platform, and guide them through the journey of launching their own product lines. - Identify, research, and reach out to salons and spas across Texas via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits to build a strong pipeline of potential wholesale partners. - Consistently generate new opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry research. - Develop trust-based relationships with salon owners, spa directors, managers, and buyers through thoughtful and persistent engagement. - Educate prospects on Blanka’s private-label platform, product assortment, and sampling programs, helping them understand how launching their own product line can grow their business. - Manage the entire sales process from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. - Engage and qualify inbound salon and spa leads, converting them into active wholesale accounts. - Visit salons, attend industry events, and participate in beauty trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential partners in person. - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, activity, and forecasting in HubSpot. - Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure new accounts are successfully launched and supported. - Share feedback from salon and spa owners to help inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales playbooks. Qualifications - 3–5+ years in sales, account management, inbound/outbound, or business development. - Background in salons, spas, or beauty is a strong asset. - Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building abilities. - Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management. - Comfortable with field work and travel. - Motivated, curious, and highly proactive. Requirements - Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or territory growth. - Natural relationship builder with strong communication and consultative selling skills. - Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and creating your own pipeline. - Self-driven and able to manage your territory with autonomy and accountability. - Highly organized and disciplined with CRM usage and follow-ups. - Enjoy field sales and are energized by meeting customers face-to-face. - Take initiative and bring creative ideas for reaching and engaging new prospects. - Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections. - Adaptable and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment. - Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
