You have experience managing large, distributed systems. You rely on advanced patterns (DDD, Event Sourcing, etc.) to keep codebases organized and are comfortable making high-level decisions that affect the trajectory of the product. Master of the full stack. You have an expert-level command of PHP/Laravel and are also skilled in Frontend technologies such as React. You're a tenacious debugger who writes clean, high-quality, and well-tested code as a matter of professional pride. An Advocate for Quality. You believe that "done" implies tested, documented, and deployable. You use tools like static analysis, automated testing, and CI/CD to ensure high standards are maintained automatically. Responsibilities Architect & Build: Lead the technical design and development of complex, full-stack applications that form the backbone of our clients' operations. Partner & Advise: Work directly with stakeholders to understand their business inside and out. Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate their needs into elegant technical solutions. Own Your Work, End-to-End: Champion a culture of quality by writing clean code, implementing thorough tests, and using linters and other guardrails.
