We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Analyst II for our client in Portland, OR! Job Title: Financial Accounting Analyst II Work Arrangement: Remote (must be able to pick up equipment locally) Schedule: Day shift Overview Seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst II to support treasury operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role analyzes treasury activity, supports accounts receivable processes, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations. Responsibilities - Develop, review, and maintain treasury policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance and merchant services. - Support treasury internal controls and assist with regulatory and stakeholder interactions as needed. - Analyze and monitor treasury activity and prepare reporting for senior management. - Support central accounts receivable including cash collections analysis, receivables aging, and forecasting. - Perform banking activities such as wire and ACH processing. - Analyze institutional debt, investments, trustee funds, and cash balances. - Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports. - Support special projects and other treasury-related initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; related degrees must include at least 36 credit hours of accounting. - Minimum 2 years of healthcare finance or financial analysis experience. - Knowledge of capital markets and banking systems, including payment processing. - Experience with Oracle Cash Management and Oracle Accounts Receivable. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. #Accounting #Finance #FinancialAnalyst #Treasury #Oracle #AccountsReceivable #Excel #FinancialReporting #RemoteJobs #FinanceCareers

Role Description Seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare analytics initiatives with a strong focus on Epic integrated reporting tools. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support enterprise reporting solutions. - Gather business requirements and configure dashboards, reports, metrics, data models, and security settings. - Support analytics product implementations, integrations, and Epic Integrated Analytics tools. - Participate in UAT, Epic upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization. - Troubleshoot reporting issues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. - Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata. - Promote product adoption and serve as liaison between IT and business users. - Develop and deliver training materials and sessions. - Manage vendor relationships, track SLAs, and escalate issues as needed. - Participate in ongoing professional development and team activities. Qualifications - Master’s degree and 4+ years related IT/healthcare experience; OR - Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years related experience; OR - Associate’s degree and 7+ years related experience; OR - 8+ years related experience; OR - Equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements - 2+ years with Epic integrated reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog). - 2+ years supporting Epic upgrades and Cogito testing/validation. - 2+ years with Epic Clarity and Caboodle. - 1+ year building Epic reports/dashboards (clinical, financial, operational). - 1+ year supporting self-service analytics tools and end-user training. - 1+ year writing SQL queries. - 3+ years collaborating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues.
