• Document internal communications processes, workflows, and best practices to support consistency and scalability • Assist with managing and maintaining the company intranet, including updating content and ensuring information is accurate and easy to find • Analyze intranet usage and structure, and make recommendations to improve layout, navigation, and employee engagement • Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications such as announcements, PowerPoint decks, emails, intranet posts, and leadership messages • Support content planning and organization for internal campaigns, initiatives, and events • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, and leadership) to gather information and ensure timely communication • Perform other communications-related tasks and projects assigned
