• Directly manage writers, editors, designers, and developers. • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development planning. • Provide ongoing coaching on craft, clarity, execution, and marketing alignment. • Ensure creative deliverables meet established standards for clarity, accuracy, SEO alignment, and strategic intent. • Oversee team capacity planning and resource allocation in partnership with the Project Manager. • Partner with SEO, PPC, Strategy, and Account teams to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and creative execution. • Manage department budget, including freelance spend and tools. • Pull and interpret performance data to assess content effectiveness and team productivity.
• The Revenue Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and is responsible for optimizing and managing marketing automation and CRM systems for clients, ensuring seamless sales and marketing operations. • Maintain, update, and optimize client CRMs. • Design, refine, and enhance workflows and automation processes. • Ensure deals, companies, and contacts are properly structured for clear reporting. • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation. • Design, test, and implement Zapier workflows to enhance efficiency. • Manage automation updates and routine maintenance. • Document processes for smooth team/client handoffs. • Monitor tracking inconsistencies across platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.). • Conduct CRM audits and implement optimizations based on client needs.
