Role Description We are looking for our first dedicated customer-facing hire: someone who has lived the proposal grind inside an AEC firm and wants to help others win. You will own the success of our customers, bring an insider's lens to the product, and grow our presence in the industry. Customer success is the heart of this role. You will: - Guide new firms from kickoff through their first won bid. - Drive adoption so proposal teams build Bidaya into their daily workflow. - Act as the trusted point of contact for training, questions, and escalations. Because you know this industry from the inside, you will also help shape where we go next: - Bring your AEC experience to product decisions and proposal quality. - Turn what you hear from customers into clear priorities for the team. - Help us show up credibly in the AEC circles where our buyers gather. Qualifications - Have led marketing, business development, or proposals inside an AEC or professional services firm. - Experienced in using AI to accelerate AEC pursuits with clear established best practices. - Enjoy building relationships with customers, partners, and industry peers. - Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with room to shape the role. - Communicate clearly in writing, whether coaching a customer or producing content.
