• Research and identify high-potential Japanese companies suitable for hosting international interns • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals) to generate new leads • Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, capacity, and alignment with our programs • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads • Track outreach activity and lead progress in CRM systems • Attend business events and networking opportunities in Tokyo to generate leads

• Responsible for expanding and deepening network of institutional partnerships across U.S. and other strategic markets. • Identify entry points within higher education industry and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. • Represent Beyond Academy at major conferences and international education events. • Develop and execute strategy to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with decision-makers in global education offices, experiential learning departments, and career centers. • Respond to proposal requests and initiate partnership recruitment campaigns. • Leverage technology and CRM tools for lead nurturing strategies. • Actively build thought leadership presence by securing speaking engagements and contributing to industry publications. • Lead targeted outreach to prospective universities and global learning organizations. • Serve as main point of contact for key institutional partners and oversee smooth program implementation.
