The Opportunity The Ohio/Kentucky market offers a high-growth market with strong payer alignment and a dense base of high-volume sleep programs and referral sources. This role will build top-tier relationships and win large accounts. Pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts. What You’ll Do · Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers · Own and develop your territory like a business · Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities · Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships · Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory · Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners · Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth · Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings. Our Accounts Receivable team is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and success-driven Patient AR Representative to join the team! This is a fully remote position. BetterNight is a professional medical service and supply company, focused on sleep & sleep therapy. Our focus is on diagnosis of sleep apnea through home sleep study and treatment through the use of CPAP therapy or oral appliance therapy. SUMMARY This position is responsible for reviewing patient accounts, contacting patients to collect debt within the billing software (Brightree). The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class service experience, with every patient/physician interaction. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Responsible for all patient related billing and collecting - Understand and can explain EOB (explanation of benefits) to patients and internal staff - Assists internal staff, referral sources and patients with billing issues - Consistently meets department expectations and KPI’s regarding all Billing - Maintains a positive attitude and continually works toward process improvements while building and maintaining positive working relationships between other departments and outside customers - Responsible for keeping all patient details and information orderly, confidential, current and HIPAA compliant at all times - Must be knowledgeable about Patient Rights and Responsibilities - Work mandatory overtime as scheduled - Other duties and projects may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - HS diploma or equivalent required - Experience must be 1 year in billing and/or collections for healthcare - DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience preferred - Knowledge of Brightree computer system preferred - Strong commitment to patient care, customer service, friendly, helpful and caring nature is required - Knowledge of all commercial, government, managed care, and federal health insurance plans - Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interface with all level of employees (peers to senior management) and vendors in a polite and professional manner - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts & technical procedures - Bilingual/Spanish preferred - Must be able to work standard business hours in Pacific Standard Time Zone (California time). Shifts will be assigned in Pacific Standard Time (PST) Zone.
