Role Description As our Account Management Representative, you’ll support Accredited Businesses throughout their BBB journey while serving as our primary Spanish-language point of contact across the organization. You’ll help businesses navigate resources, answer questions, build confidence in their accreditation, and create positive experiences every step of the way.
