• Promote and sell company equipment, products, services, and consumables. • Build, develop and maintain a distributor network within your territory. • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets. • Develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet or exceed sales targets. • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps. • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. • Work closely with customers to ensure the company is meeting all goals & objectives towards customer satisfaction. • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner. • Timely, complete, and accurate CRM entry and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. • Keeping up to date with company price lists and product literature. • Maintaining technological education for relevant software (Microsoft 365, Concur, HubSpot, etc.) • Collaborate with Sales team and management to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. • Assist distributor sales personnel in their techniques. • Have Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with distributor leadership. • Educate distributors with presentations of strategies, programs, training, and regular meetings. • Attend training sessions and company meetings as required. • Perform other duties as assigned.
