• Meeting clients upon admission and building rapport. • Completing virtual biopsychosocial assessments. • Determining treatment needs and appropriateness for intensive outpatient program. • Documenting client information using electronic medical records. • Collaborating with referral sources and facilitating intake.

• Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and referral sources • Present programming information in a thorough and supportive manner to help clients gain access to care • Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults with various mental health concerns • Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care • Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria • Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record • Assign treatment team members and group schedules while informing staff of new admissions • Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams in facilitating intake • Collaborate with referral sources: hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers upon admission

• Direct clinical care: 21 hours expected delivered (23 hours available to book patients) to allow time to interview, hire, and then train/manage PHMNPs • With each new direct report, clinical time would reduce by 1 hour • Manage Direct Reports - up to 5+ PMHNPs (number subject to change) to improve Psychiatry’s capacity for patient care - 1 hour / week / direct report made available to meet with / review Impact Markers of direct reports • Administration: attend weekly meetings: Psychiatry Leadership Meeting (60-75 minutes), Treatment Team (1 hour), several regular inter-departmental meetings (~60 minutes per week), and initiate/oversee Policies and Procedures for PHMNPs

• Lead engaging, high-impact virtual training sessions for new hires on the Care Experience team, ensuring alignment with role-specific workflows and expectations • Design, implement, and continuously refine asynchronous onboarding materials (e.g., e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases) that support scalable, effective learning • Strategically evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional teams • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure onboarding content reflects current best practices, business needs, and departmental priorities • Maintain and enhance onboarding documentation, including training manuals and internal resources, to ensure accuracy and relevance • Support long-term learning initiatives by identifying skill gaps and contributing to ongoing training programs for existing team members • Work with key stakeholders to ensure strategies support business objectives and mission across departments • Act as a Salesforce super user, providing training, support, and consultation for new and tenured teammates
