• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. • Report directly to the CEO. • This is a hands-on IC role with one defining twist: we’ve built an internal AI automation stack and your job is to use it to operate at 10x the output of a traditional performance marketer. • Campaign structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, creative testing cadence, bidding (Meta primary). • Protect brand, expand non-brand efficiently (Google secondary). • Evaluate and test TikTok, Applovin, CTV, podcast, and others as warranted (emerging channels). • Incrementality testing, MMM inputs, attribution sanity checks (measurement). • Partner with creative team to hit 100–150 new ads/month (creative ops). • Extend our internal stack; build agents, workflows, and reporting automations (AI leverage). • Weekly performance reviews with CEO (reporting).
• AI Orchestration: Build and maintain the "glue" between AI models and internal tools. • Rapid Prototyping: Ship 80% solutions in hours/days, not weeks. • Problem Finding: Proactively identify tasks that "aren't worth the team's time" and automate them. • Technical Querying: Handle complex data/AI queries to support leadership.
