Role Description Our Client, an international technology company operating in the digital payments and blockchain space, is expanding its Engineering Team and is looking to appoint Software Developers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment, contributing to the development of secure, scalable systems that support modern digital financial platforms. The successful candidates will collaborate with a distributed engineering team to design, build and maintain high quality applications across both frontend and backend systems while applying best practices in security, automation and modern workflows. Duties & Responsibilities - Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications. - Build secure backend services and APIs supporting payment and digital asset systems. - Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with strong attention to usability and performance. - Collaborate with distributed teams in an asynchronous remote environment. - Deliver features and improvements according to defined project milestones. - Apply secure coding practices and maintain high code quality standards. - Implement automation, testing and CI/CD processes to support efficient deployment pipelines. - Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical planning. - Leverage modern development tooling, including AI-assisted coding workflows where appropriate. Qualifications - Core Technologies: - JavaScript / TypeScript - Next.js - Vue.js - Node.js - Nest.js - PHP - PostgreSQL - Strong HTML and CSS with solid UI Development capability. - Additional Technical Exposure: - Secure coding practices and application security. - DevOps principles and CI/CD automation. - Modern development tooling and AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity). - Experience Required: - 3-8 Years of professional software development experience. - Proven experience in full-stack development. - Experience building and maintaining production-level applications. - Exposure to payments platforms, fintech, blockchain, or Web3 environments would be advantageous. - Experience working in remote or distributed teams is beneficial.
