• Process vendor invoices from receipt through final payment, including invoice coding, purchase order matching, approval workflow, and payment processing. • Execute payments using ACH transfers, wire transfers, checks, and international payment methods. • Review vendor statements regularly, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balances, duplicate payments, or unapplied credits. • Coordinate scheduled payment runs while ensuring proper approvals and accurate financial recording. • Maintain accurate vendor records, including onboarding new suppliers, collecting tax documentation, and verifying banking information. • Prepare and maintain W-9 documentation, assist with 1099 reporting, TIN verification, and respond to tax-related inquiries when necessary. • Process invoices across multiple business entities while applying appropriate currency, intercompany, and entity allocations. • Monitor prepaid expenses and accounts payable accruals to support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Reconcile accounts payable subledger balances with the general ledger on a monthly basis. • Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox by responding promptly to vendor inquiries and internal requests. • Review employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies. • Administer corporate credit card accounts, including issuance, monitoring, reconciliation, and account maintenance. • Prepare monthly expense reports and perform variance analysis to identify unusual spending trends. • Review aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding liabilities and vendor account issues. • Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required financial documentation. • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the overall accounts payable function.
Money Market Administrator / Officer

Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Money Market Administrator / Officer to join our team. This role combines administrative support, client servicing, transaction processing, and compliance responsibilities within a money market environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accurate under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities - Client Administration & Support - Manage daily emails, correspondence, and telephonic enquiries - Respond to client queries (balances, statements, general requests) - Assist clients with documentation (e.g. withdrawals, mandates) - Maintain professional client communication via email, phone, and other channels - Schedule and attend client meetings where required - Action ad hoc client and internal requests - Transaction Processing & Money Market Operations - Receive and record client transactions (telephonic/email instructions) - Ensure all transactions received before cut-off time are processed same day - Execute transactions on systems (Investec CCM and Nedbank Corporate Saver) - Make and schedule payments - Open new client accounts and update client profiles - Compile and print daily transaction schedules for approval - Maintain accurate transaction records - Compliance & FICA (KYC) Management - Ensure full FICA compliance and documentation for all clients - Review client information and conduct periodic risk reviews - Follow up with clients for outstanding or non-compliant documents - Assist with completion and verification of mandates - Ensure mandates and FICA are approved prior to account opening - Submit documents for authorisation and system updates - Systems & Record Management - Capture and maintain accurate client records on Elite (CCM) system - Scan, link, and file all documents (FICA, mandates, transactions, correspondence) - Link email communication and recorded calls to client profiles - Store and manage call recordings on OneDrive - Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems - Foreign Exchange & Reporting - Prepare Balance of Payments (BOP) forms for foreign transactions - Liaise with banks and third parties to finalise forex deals - Track and allocate associated client charges - Reconciliations & Reporting - Perform daily system reconciliations and audit trail checks - Balance money market systems with reports and working papers - Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients - Maintain accurate audit documentation - Team Support & Projects - Support team members and management as required - Assist with ongoing projects and process improvements - Contribute to maintaining efficient operational workflows Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Strong administrative and organisational skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and client service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Requirements - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated and proactive - Strong sense of responsibility and accountability - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience in banking, foreign exchange, or financial services environment - Knowledge of FICA / KYC requirements - Exposure to transaction processing and client account management - Comfortable working with financial systems and reporting Benefits - Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a high-performing team - Exposure to both operational and client-facing functions
