Purpose of Position: The Regional Sales Manager (East Coast) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention within the assigned territory through a combination of direct customer engagement and partner/dealer network execution. This position is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) and serves as the primary link between corporate sales strategy and field execution by owning territory planning, pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting discipline. A key focus of this role is partner management and commercial compliance, ensuring dealer/partner activity, quoting, pricing/discounting, contracting, and related sales activities are executed in alignment with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and/or Functions: - Own regional revenue performance through disciplined territory planning, pipeline generation, opportunity - progression, and accurate forecasting. - Develop, recruit (as applicable), onboard, enable, and manage the dealer/partner network to expand - coverage, generate qualified pipeline, and drive conversion; conduct regular partner business reviews and - performance management. - Lead joint account planning with partners and key customers; ensure partners are aligned to approved - positioning, messaging, and selling practices. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders; manage escalations and - coordinate internal resources to support retention and growth. - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, commercial governance, ethical standards, and - regulatory requirements: maintain required documentation and follow approval workflows for pricing, - discounting, and contracting. - Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Contracts, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and - Product Management to ensure seamless deal execution, contract compliance, and consistent customer - experience. - Monitor market and competitive dynamics; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on - performance, risks, partner health, and regional opportunities. - Protect margin by applying a disciplined deal strategy, pricing alignment, and appropriate discount - governance. Job Title: APAC Business Development Manager Location: Remote Business Unit: Team Wendy Purpose of Position: Reporting to the Team Wendy Director of International Sales, you will be responsible for managing the APAC Region. You will also be responsible for executing sales strategies that consider all released products and services for Team Wendy, which maximize the company’s revenues and brand in the region. Roles and Responsibilities · Drive opportunities for all product and service offerings to Military and Law Enforcement organizations at the National, State / Provincial and local levels within the territory. · Successfully generate, negotiate and close opportunities whilst delivering on profit objectives. · Work with the full spectrum of decision makers to align customer budget and delivery expectations. · Advocate on behalf of the customer and be the customer voice within the organization to align the organization to customer expectations and further enhance the customer experience. · At minimum, deliver on Team Wendy revenue and profitability targets to grow the business in the region. · Create and present compelling business case documentation to respond and align to individual customer expectations/requirements. · Provide on-site demos using product samples. · Establish and maintain superior relationships with customers at all organizational levels. · Establish the need, coordinate and plan for workshops, webinars to increase awareness and products/services knowledge. · Ability to juggle multiple accounts; maintain a solid pipeline of sales opportunities; manage and secure large clients. · Deliver timely and accurate sales information: · Monitor and report on midstream changes in market conditions, and timely presentation of resulting product response plans. · Provide input to Team Wendy’s team on product and market requirements. · Recruit channel partners where necessary and manage accordingly to meet corporate policies. · Generate business plans along with channel partners to build, monitor and control opportunities pipeline. · Partner with the Bid Management team to prepare proposals and negotiate pricing as well as terms and conditions. · Enforce and follow anti-bribery and corruption policies.
