Key Account Manager

• Create and execute strategic plans focused on achieving territory-specific goals/KPIs, utilizing organizational tools (CRM, data, DOMO, and other analytics) to identify relevant opportunities and ensure sales effectiveness. • Engage with account C-Suite and executive teams, across multiple sites and locations, allowing for a clear understanding of how to develop the account into a site of care that provides seamless experience and continued access to QUTENZA for appropriate patients. • Provide superior full-service account support regarding all aspects of product access and education, including training HCPs and staff on proper application guidelines of Qutenza® for optimal patient efficacy. • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, staff, and national/regional KEEs as a trusted advisor. • Build an influential network of supporters to expand QUTENZA’s awareness within these accounts. This would include working with multiple departments (Endo, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, etc.) within certain advanced archetypes or developing Alternate Sites of Care (ASOC) to meet the needs of the account. • Effectively prioritize and demonstrate commitment to maneuvering through obstacles and roadblocks, while remaining flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic selling environment. • Engage and inspire others with a positive, problem-solving approach when challenged by adversity. • Pursue self-driven learning opportunities with demonstrated rigor to become a clinical pain market expert. • Leverage and share knowledge with peers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure success across the organization. • Create and hold oneself and teammates accountable to an atmosphere of transparency, trust, and a commitment to success.
Virtual Field Access Manager – vFAM

• Educate provider offices on access resources, including the Averitas HUB, benefit investigation services, patient support programs, cost savings tools, and billing and coding. • Guide offices through reimbursement processes such as benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals by providing virtual support and best practices. • Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing access challenges and ensuring follow-through on actionable cases. • Conduct virtual case reviews with office staff to assess patient status, address unmet needs, and help facilitate therapy initiation and adherence. • Monitor payer requirements and trends to proactively identify access risks and opportunities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Field Access Managers, Key Account Managers, Payer Account Directors and HUB representatives to ensure coordinated support. • Deliver virtual training and follow-up education to help practices remain confident and self-sufficient in navigating payer processes for QUTENZA. • Accurately and compliantly document all interactions, insights, and access trends in CRM and internal reporting systems. • Participate in internal meetings and business reviews to provide field-level feedback and inform strategic access planning. • Follow up consistently with provider offices and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of access issues and next step execution.
Field Access Manager – Northeast

• Interact with accounts to support patient access • Proactively provide face-to-face education on programs • Coordinate services closely with the Averitas Patient HUB, internal counterparts, and stakeholders • Ability to engage and execute c-suite meetings at both private practices and hospital systems • Present to groups in-office and/or clinical settings • Address customer questions for issues related to QUTENZA • Proactively engage customers to identify and analyze problems and offer solutions • Analyze account reimbursement issues (as needed) • Supports pull through on local coverage decisions to enable meaningful patient access within the practice • Rapidly respond to emerging market access threats • Conduct assessments to ensure accordance with compliance guidelines • Review accounts on a scheduled basis • Partner with the Field Sales team and sales leadership to resolve customer issues and identify new business opportunities • Completes field visits on a regular basis with Key Account Managers to learn about the QUTENZA customer base
Director, Payer Access

• Lead formulary negotiations and secure positive coverage, reimbursement, and access across assigned payer accounts • Influence and shape clinical policy and utilization management criteria in collaboration with key payer decision-makers • Develop comprehensive business plans for priority accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance formulary status and pull-through • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders at national and regional payers, PBMs, and GPOs • Prepare and lead timely, accurate, and compelling RFP responses representing the payer value proposition for the product portfolio • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging and integrated execution of market access strategies • Analyze contract performance and leverage insights to optimize negotiation strategies and business outcomes • Present payer value propositions and health economics information to support access discussions • Represent the organization at major industry and payer conferences (e.g., AMCP, PCMA, Asembia) • Ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies

Patient Services, Senior Manager/Manager

• Support the day-to-day operations for all Patient Services vendors and assets • Support the tactical creation and lead the tactical execution, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all current and any new Patient Services assets • Identify opportunities and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that improves a seamless customer experience • Gather insights and identify tactical gaps in operations among vendor partners and develop an executable plan to address them • Optimize and implement sales force tools that assist with the enrollment and pull thru of open patient cases • Participate in regular meetings with vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate implementation(s) • Tactically plan and operationalize (Project Manage) key initiatives and any new projects with vendors • Collaborate with the Market Access Marketing Team and LMR Team to develop and manage LMR approval for any operational process, promotional materials including hard copy materials, as well as technology-based materials • Identify patient support training and development needs for field-based personnel • Collaborate with the Field Training Department to build and execute training on Averitas Pharma Patient Services Assets
