• Lead outbound customer engagement efforts across prospective enterprise accounts via LinkedIn, email, events, and executive outreach. • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and help coordinate strategic meetings and follow-ups. • Leverage Avathon’s well established channel partnerships and Go-to-Market strategy to expand pipeline development. • Work directly with the CEO office on priority accounts, customer communications, executive briefings, and business development initiatives. • Learn and articulate Avathon’s AI platform, customer value proposition, and industry use cases. • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline activity within Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to support account growth. • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Lead and manage the capture process throughout the sales lifecycle; from opportunity identification to contract award. • Create win strategies to include customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior management (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments) • Manage proposal development efforts, including scheduling, content development, and reviews, ensuring timely and compliant submission. • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, government organizations, and industry partners to gain insights into their procurement strategies. • Ensure effective communication between capture team, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. • Track and report progress on capture efforts, providing regular updates to leadership.

Learn more at: Avathon We are seeking an Implementation Engineer who will be at the forefront of driving client success. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with customers and internal teams—including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science—to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and value capture of Avathon’s AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution: Lead implementation engagements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with customer executives and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between their needs and our solutions. Project Planning & Risk Management: Create and manage project plans, proactively identifying challenges and mitigating risks. Solution Delivery: Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and technical implementation. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in project/program management or technical implementation, ideally with SaaS or AI solutions. Strong technical understanding of AI, machine learning, data integration, application development, and infrastructure deployment. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving adoption, success, and value realization. Domain experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain , or related industries is a plus.
